  • Can I return an item?
    All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. But if it is broken or made different form what you ordered. let me know; send me an email! Most important is that I have happy customers.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    I do in Europe. Are you living outside Europe? please send me an email at info@greatceramics. And we see what we can arrange. Shipping cost wil be added on the price!
  • What do I do if my items are damaged?
    I take precaution when packaging my products, but understand that damages can occur during shipment. If products arrive to you damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the package. Please email me a photo of the packaging (box) and the damaged product. Please save all the packaging, it is required for claims.
  • Hoe bewerk of verwijder ik de titel van de FAQ?
    Yes I am very happy to take orders for items that are sold out in my shop. Also I do take personal requests if I know I can achieve it.
  • How do I care for my new ceramics?
    My products are dishwasher and microwave safe, but wI recommend hand washing.
