SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are for the customer.

Please note that some items are listed as "made to order" and will ship within the time noted in the description. If a piece is listed as "in stock ", it will usually ship within five business days. 

If there is only 1 piece in stock maybe it has been sold already but I can make it as a made to order.I

International customers will receive a separate invoice once shipping is calculated.

There are often additional charges, taxes or fees to receive your package in your country. Any additional charges after customs are the responsibility of the recipient. Once the package leaves my studio I am not able to access any information beyond what is available on the tracking page, and I cannot take responsibility for any delays or missing shipments.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

f you would like to return your piece, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as packing it safely for travel.  

Original shipping charges are not refunded unless I've made a mistake or a piece arrives damaged. 

To return a piece, please send an email to info@greatbygreet.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
